Project Manager Wanted!
Mudlark Theatre is seeking a Project Manager with experience in audience engagement and marketing for our forthcoming production, Girl Running, Boy Falling.
This position is a new fixed-term contract opportunity combining Audience Development, Engagement and Marketing as well as supporting the Artistic Director to deliver the production. The Project Manager will actively research, nurture, develop and strengthen Mudlark’s audience for this production and actively seek out partnerships to secure access for young people in Launceston and the North-West to the work. Expanding our programming to reach new audience demographics is a key part of our strategy to firmly establish the company as a cultural leader in Northern Tasmania and develop loyal audiences for the future.
We seek a game-changer who is based in Tasmania’s north with a Performing Arts focus and a passion for people. You have creative flair; you are a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and broad industry networks. The Project Manager works as part of Mudlark team and will be integral to the life of the company, especially as we work toward engaging and empowering young audiences.
