About Mudlark Theatre
Mudlark Theatre Company are based in Launceston, in Northern Tasmania on the banks of kanamuluka (Tamar) River. We have a nineteen-year history here, providing employment, career pathways and professional development opportunities for Tasmanian artists.
We create new Tasmanian work, capturing the voices of our island. We create theatre with artists at all stages of their careers, celebrating history and diversity. We tell the stories that will help us know who we are, and who we want to become, sparking curiosity, empathy and joy as we navigate a complex world.
