Mudlark Theatre aims to provide an environment where volunteers, employees and others are treated fairly and with respect, and are free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, bullying, and victimisation whilst working or volunteering with Mudlark. Mudlark recognised that legislation requires organisations to protect people, including volunteers and employees, from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
