Mudlark works with artists from any background and at any stage of their career. We invite you to contact us to discuss what we do, and how we can do it together. Here are some of the ways you can engage with us:

Auditions

Mudlark runs auditions for our mainstage shows. The best way to find out about them is to join our mailing list. 
Audition notices will also be posted on our Facebook page.

Mudlark Writer's Room

Join a community of writers to discuss, read and write for theatre. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged. Works developed as part of the Writer's Room program have the potential to go on to further development with Mudlark.

Script submissions

Like many theatre companies, Mudlark lacks the resources to be able to provide assessment on unsolicited scripts. But we love to read them anyway.
If you have a new script which you think may work for the company, please email it with a cover letter and your resume to Jane Johnson.

Do you have an idea?

We are continually looking for new projects and to create new development opportunities for artists and ideas within the Tasmanian theatre sector.
